Burrito Bowl Recipe


  • 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup corn
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish


  1. In a medium bowl, combine cooked rice, black beans, corn, chili powder, cumin, and salt.
  2. Microwave for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.
  3. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Honey Garlic Shrimp Recipe


  • 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil


  1. In a medium bowl, combine shrimp, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and vegetable oil.
  3. Pour honey mixture over shrimp and toss to coat.
  4. Microwave for 2-3 minutes, or until shrimp are cooked through.
  5. Serve immediately.

Mac and Cheese Recipe


  • 1/2 cup macaroni noodles, cooked according to package instructions
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. In a medium bowl, combine cooked macaroni noodles, cheddar cheese, milk, and butter.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  3. Microwave for 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Serve immediately.
